Tuan Syed Faisal Algadrie possesses nearly 30 years of industry experience with the over two decades in strategic leadership of various companies involved in engineering projects, establishing a long track record of success.
His area of expertise includes strategic planning, project management, business development, new ventures, investments and acquisitions, which shall prove instrumental in setting the company in motion and driving market growth.
Upon graduation and after a working stint in the UK, he returned to Malaysia to begin his career with an international engineering company, Bauer (M) Sdn. Bhd. He then joined Elpiji Group of Companies, where his last appointment was as General Manager of Kosel Pipe Systems Sdn Bhd.
He had previously held the positions of Managing Director in Starteam Sdn. Bhd., Executive Director Noblehomes Asia (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd., Managing Director of Noblehouse Synergies Sdn Bhd and Chief Executive Officer of Noblehouse Designer Homes Sdn Bhd – a CIDB G7 company.
Tuan Haji Abdul Kadir began his career as a Design Engineer in SIEMENS Advanced Technology under the auspices of Dr Muhler for the development of SMT TOPLED in 1990. He received numerous awards for developing TOPLED Retest Taping Machine, Preseries Release Status for Side LED & MultiLED packages, Robomatics Press for SMT Photodiode. He was given due recognition for his contribution of brilliant ideas and for his team work towards creating a better working environment for the company.
He then pursued his career in public administration at the National University of Malaysia (UKM), then as a COO in UKM Pakarunding Sdn Bhd, UKM Perunding Kejuruteraan and Arkitek Sdn Bhd before joining UKM Solar Energy Research Institute.
In 2011, he formed HBE Gratings Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture company with a US-based solar research company in New Mexico. This is the first non toxic solar cell manufacturing in the world, located in Semenyih for R&D and small manufacturing capacity.
In December 2014, he joins MNA Research Sdn Bhd for the development of graphene based energy storage devices for industrial and residential usage.
Encik Muhammad Nurul Anuar became a Project Manager at Sigma Trade Resource at the tender age of 22 where he successfully managed a multi-million Ringgit project, being involved in all phases until project delivery.
He then joined HBE Gratings Sdn Bhd, as a Solar System Designer. There, he received all the knowledge regarding Solar System Design, Solar Farm and Installation & Maintenance of Solar system.
He enhanced his professional career when he became a certified ISPQ designer and installer in Solar PV. He also acquired his VTO and SLDN Coach from MoHR.
In addition, he gained SEDA Malaysia Certificate of Competency for the Design and Installation of Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Systems.
Under the tutelage of his Mentor and Father Tuan Haji Abdul Kadir, he acquired the requisite proprietary technical knowledge necessary to oversee the company’s R & D and Product Development.
Mr Zulkifli has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of Customer Business Development and Marketing.
He is currently involved in the development of a private hospital in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
Mr Zulkifli brings diversified experiences in operations and managerial functions of the Customer Relations Management and Marketing fields.
Well adapt to the climate of new the business strategies and capacity to identify and align clients’ needs and requirements, he has been involved in various business development disciplines underscores expertise in engaging decision makers and devising winning sales strategies and solutions exercises.
A fast track high achiever MARA student, Encik Khairul Aqran began his career as an accountant in HBE Gratings Sdn Bhd. He helped the company secure a RM 20 Million matching grant from MIDA to develop non toxic solar cell – the 1st in the world. He also assist another company, Concrete Gold getting a MTDC technology grant of RM 5 Million and RM 3 Million equipment loan from SME Bank for wafer production.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He advises the Top Management on business and financial decisions in addition to being responsible for business operations and analysis of revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenue expectations.
He also deals with third parties, such as vendors, customers and financial institutions.
Encik Khairul Aqran is also the Bumiputera Solar Fabricators Association (BuSFA) treasurer and is actively involved in securing a 50MW Large Scale Solar Farm for the association.
Dr Nabil is an expert in Energy Audit Assesment, Renewable Energy Management and well adopted in Japanese working culture and aspiration.
He currently holds the position of Head of Battery Energy Storage Technology Laboratory at MNA Facility in Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam, Selangor.
He has done Energy Efficiency Projects locally and international for the past 10 years. Prominent projects are the Rural Electrification Project in Sabah Malaysia, Energy Efficient projects under RMK-11 with SEDA and GREENTECH Malaysia, and Sustainable Renewable Energy Project with Toyama Prefecture, Japan.
